House Rules

1. No firearms or weapons of any kind.

2. No alcohol or illegal drugs. Any prescription medicine should be in its original container.

3. No loud music or abusive language.

4. No smoking except in outside designated area.

5. No pets.

6. Ironing must be done in laundry room.

7. The laundry is to be used by staff members only. If you need something washed, please let us know.

8. Use the fully equipped kitchen, but leave it clean. Canned foods and refrigerator items are available for your use.

9. Children are required to be with you, or a guardian you provide, at all times. Please make sure that toys in the playroom are put back in place before leaving. You are responsible for your children.

10. We are not responsible for the loss of personal items. You should not let anyone in your room except staff and family members.

11. The lights will be turned off at 11:00 pm and the security alarm will be set for your protection. In case of a night emergency, ring the emergency bell in the hallway.

12. If the doorbell or telephone should ring, please let a staff member know. Don’t answer it!

13. We do not make loans.

14. We do not keep cash on the premises.

15. Unmarried couples will be assigned separate rooms.
